General Info

Our lodging location at Zephyr will be Laurel, come in the gate and folks will point you in the right direction. (If you come in after hours, press the call button at the gate and someone will let you in.) You can unload at the cabins and then park in designated parking areas. Please check in once you arrive to confirm a release form is completed.

Attendees can start arriving as early as 11am to  pick a bunk and have access to self serve outdoor activity. If arriving around lunch, bring your own sack lunch. On Friday, only dinner is provided.
